That hit hard!

I was talking with a potential new agency and they said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“Thank you for providing this service.”

That hit hard.

Because this isn’t theoretical. This isn’t a talking point. This is real.

Public safety agencies are drowning in vacancies. Consoles are going uncovered. Overtime is crushing people. Burnout is real. And instead of just talking about the problem, we’re actually plugging the holes.

We’re not posting memes about staffing shortages.

We’re not complaining from the sidelines.

We’re doing something about it.

Highly skilled, vetted 911 professionals.

Showing up.

Holding the line.

Keeping centers running when they otherwise wouldn’t be.

Hearing thank you from an agency that genuinely needs help is the reminder of why this work matters. Why the standards matter. Why integrity matters. Why professionalism matters.

This is what happens when you stop waiting for someone else to fix it and you step in and do the work. 💪

Proud of what we’re building. Proud of the people who show up every shift. And proud to be part of a solution that actually moves the needle.
